Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes. We accept walk-ins and appointments during regular business hours. Arrive early to avoid delays.

How long does fingerprinting take?

The fingerprinting process typically takes about 10 minutes once you are called to the workstation.

What is Live Scan fingerprinting?

Live Scan is a digital method of capturing fingerprints electronically. No ink is required, and your fingerprints are submitted electronically when needed.

Is Live Scan fingerprinting messy?

No. Live Scan uses no ink and leaves no residue or mess.

Is ink fingerprinting messy?

Ink fingerprinting does require ink, and you may notice slight residue. Our technicians provide wipes and ensure a clean, professional experience.

Who needs fingerprinting services?

Fingerprinting is commonly required for:

• Professional licensing
• Employment background checks
• Firearm permits
• Adoption & foster care
• Healthcare professions (nurses, pharmacists, doctors, dentists, etc.)

Do I receive fingerprint cards with my appointment?

Yes. Each appointment includes up to two fingerprint cards. Additional cards may be available for a fee.

Can I bring my own fingerprint cards?

Yes. You may bring your own cards, or use ours. We stock FBI FD-258 cards, accepted by most agencies nationwide.

Are payments refundable?

No. All payments are non-refundable. Please verify details before booking. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible.

What payment types do you accept?

• No cash accepted in person
• Electronic payments accepted (including Zelle)
• $5 service fee applies to all online purchases

Do you offer document services?

Yes. We can print, fax, or email documents for a small service fee.
